SHAREELA ALLEN, L.C.S.W.

Shareela Allen is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 11 years of clinical experience in both the private and public sectors. Shareela is trained and certified in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Anger Management, Grief & Loss for Children, Adolescents, and Adults. She enjoys working with various populations. Shareela’s approach is relatable, strengths-based, and collaborative. 

Shareela believes that through a direct and collaborative approach, her clients can explore the areas that prevent progress while finding their purpose. In 2020, Shareela cofounded her private practice, Change Therapeutic Services, Inc., where she maintains a relationship of respect for the therapeutic relationship while supporting clients to explore areas that caused distress while developing goals. She collaborates to work with the client as they move towards their future. Those who know Shareela will tell you she is fun, supportive, energetic, transparent, loving, loyal, organized, hardworking, and creative. 

NATASHA THOMAS, L.M.F.T.

Natasha Thomas is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 10 years of experience working in a clinical setting. Natasha’s approach is direct, non-judgmental, and compassionate. Natasha is trained and certified in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Seeking Safety, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Care, Grief & Loss for Children, Adolescents, and Adults. She believes the therapy journey is not individual but one where you and your therapist travel together. 

Clients are the experts in their lives, and the change they desire is within arm’s reach while in therapy. In 2020, Natasha co-founded her private practice, Change Therapeutic Services, Inc., where she considers the importance of the surrounding systems, adversity, destructive patterns, reducing stigmas, and how these areas affect those seeking therapy. She is passionate about providing effective treatment. With support, change is possible. Those who know Natasha will tell you she is loving, encouraging, consistent, honest, determined, and finds humor in almost every situation.

MECHELLE TAYLOR, A.M.F.T.

Mechelle is an Associate MFT with a Master’s degree in counseling psychology.
Mechelle possesses over eight years of experience providing clinical services to individuals, families, and groups. Mechelle has extensive experience providing counseling services to children in the foster care system and working with adults. Mechelle is certified in PCIT (Parent-Child Interaction Therapy), MAPS (Managing and Adapting Practice, and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy).
Mechelle has extensive training in crisis intervention, manifestations of trauma in children and adults, and couples’ issues. Mechelle promotes and embraces clinical practice with mindfulness. Mechelle is a compassionate, nurturing, and direct therapist while displaying patience within the treatment process. She incorporates warmth, genuineness, and humor into her work to create a space where clients feel comfortable engaging in critical thinking and introspection. Her hobbies include cooking and spending quality time with her family.
